Hartwick Highlands House is located adjacent to Hartwick Highlands Campground. It offers the comforts of “Home” with 3 furnished apartments and all the amenities in the campground.
Each apartment has its own private entrance, air conditioning, living room, kitchen, HI-Speed internet, TV/Satellite Dish/DVD, 2 bedrooms (linens are provided), bathroom and a picnic area with charcoal grills. A coin-operated laundry is located at the back of the House.

The 2026 Youth Baseball Tournament Dates between the two 12U baseball tournaments are NOT THE SAME.
Ask your coach which tournament you are attending either Cooperstown Dreams Park OR Cooperstown All Star Village. Often coaches will say we are going to “Cooperstown” this can be confusing because the parks are not both in Cooperstown. All Star Village is a 1/2 hour away from Cooperstown in Oneonta NY. Not only are they apart from one another but the parks are on different schedules, different by one day.
The baseball schedule is a 6 night schedule, which make the check-in and check-out dates different each week.
Due to the difference in Tournament Dates, we may not be able to accept reservations for the Cooperstown All-Star Village Dates.
